Waterjet cutting

Our Flow Mach 500 is capable of cutting all alloys from aluminum to titanium. The 5 axis cutting head enables us to CNC cut complex compound angles to tolerances up to .0015” over 36”.

Press Brake Forming

Finishes

Mill finish The standard finish with all processed plate.

No4 Brushed finish Is typically seen on Stainless steel, the lineal grain finish provides a uniform brushed finish on the desired surfaces.

Abrasive Blasting The process of creating a smooth uniform surface by propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure, typically with compressed air.

Powder Coat

This is a process where powdered paint is sprayed onto a part which is then baked in an oven. This creates a strong, wear- and corrosion-resistant layer that is more durable than standard painting methods. A wide variety of colors are available to create the desired aesthetic.
